Every jar is backed by our Herati Quality Assurance Warranty, a reflection of our commitment to excellence and customer trust.


🌿 1. Our Quality Guarantee

Each Herati Saffron product undergoes rigorous inspection and lab testing to ensure:

  • ISO 3632 compliance (for color, aroma, and flavor strength)
  • 100% pure Super Negin-grade threads, free from additives or dyes
  • Hand-harvested, ethically sourced, and sustainably packed at origin

We guarantee that every product you receive meets these standards at the time of purchase.


🧡 2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or packaging defects (e.g., broken jars, seal issues)
  • Quality deviations verified by our internal or independent testing
  • Incorrect or incomplete orders shipped in error

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund it, subject to the conditions below.


📦 3. Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery for all retail purchases made through:

Claims made after 60 days may be considered at our discretion.

To preserve fairness and authenticity, our warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly (e.g., exposed to moisture, sunlight, or heat)
  • Natural variations in thread color or aroma (these indicate authenticity)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or alterations
  • Expired products past their best-by date

🧾 5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement or refund under this warranty:

  2. Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact details
  • Description and clear photos of the issue
  1. Once we verify eligibility, you’ll receive instructions for return or replacement.

We typically respond within 24–48 hours and resolve valid claims within 7 business days.

Depending on your situation, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product (default option)
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method

Herati Saffron reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Each jar of Herati Saffron carries a unique batch number that verifies authenticity and quality origin.

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the value of the product purchased.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from improper use or storage.

Please review our shipping and return policy below to understand how we process, deliver, and support every purchase.


🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • During harvest season or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship from our U.S. fulfillment center to destinations across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and location

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on carrier availability, destination, or unforeseen customs delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • Orders above $50 (USA only) qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Express shipping options are available for an additional cost.

International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide.
However, customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.
  • Ensuring that saffron imports are permitted in their region.

If an order is returned due to import restrictions or unpaid duties, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the product is safely returned and inspected.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

💛 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your saffron as much as we do.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, please review the following guidelines:


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.


Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
  4. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving your item.


Refunds

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a shipping error or product defect on our part.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

We take quality seriously — every saffron thread is hand-inspected before packing.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or bulk orders

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your order is lost or stolen, please contact us and your local carrier — we will assist in filing a claim and, if possible, provide a replacement.
