Each Herati Saffron product undergoes rigorous inspection and lab testing to ensure:
- ISO 3632 compliance (for color, aroma, and flavor strength)
- 100% pure Super Negin-grade threads, free from additives or dyes
- Hand-harvested, ethically sourced, and sustainably packed at origin
We guarantee that every product you receive meets these standards at the time of purchase.

Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or packaging defects (e.g., broken jars, seal issues)

This warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery for all retail purchases made through:

Claims made after 60 days may be considered at our discretion.

- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or alterations
- Expired products past their best-by date
