Saffron is graded by how much of the pure red stigma is included:

• Super Negin (SN): The highest quality. It has the longest, thickest, and darkest red threads. This is the saffron grade in this.
• Negin (N): This grade includes thinner, shorter red threads and may contain a small amount of the yellow style.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because saffron is a consumable product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll replace it promptly at no extra cost.
  
• Non-returnable items: Opened saffron jars, bulk orders, or promotional items (such as samples or limited-time offers) cannot be returned.
