Approved refunds (per our Return Policy) are processed via the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We cannot expedite bank timelines once a refund is issued.
8. International Payments
We accept international orders and payments in supported currencies. Exchange rates and international processing fees are determined by your bank or card provider, not by Herati Saffron or Shopify.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we partner with Shopify for industry-leading payment protection, Herati Saffron (Herat Products LLC) is not liable for breaches or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions. In such cases, Shopify’s and your bank’s terms govern resolution.
